www. domain name not working

  When I enter my domain name http://www.spudcyclingsouthamerica.com, it doesn’t work. When I enter http://spudcyclingsouthamerica.com, it does. I have contacted my domain name provider, they have suggested it is a php error at your end. Please can you fix this and get my website up and running again ASAP?
