    Hi there,

    I purchased the domain name http://www.hereiseverybody.com with a premium plan last week, before deciding to change plans. I meant to cancel the premium but keep the domain name, however by mistake cancelled both. I still want hereseverybody.com and went to puchase however it says that domain name has now expired, even though I had already purchased it. Could you please assist

    Hi Dan,

    Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all.

    In this case we can still restore the domain for you, but we’re right on the edge.

    Please go ahead and buy the correct plan you want, and let us know here once you’ve done that. Then we can restore your domain as well.

    If we miss the cut-off for restoring the domain, it should in this case become available again within a day or two, at which point you can just register it again as a new domain.
