  Hi Support, I have paid for the above site to be hosted with you however I am unable to access my website. Can you advise how I can get access to my website. The domain name is with GoDaddy. Many thanks Seamus

  Dear Customer Support, I am a customer of wordpress and own the website http://www.lfbookkeepers.com I have proof of payment to wordpress billing and also proof of the fact that I own the domain which I purchased from GoDaddy and need my website to be linked to my account Lansdowne78.   The only person who can give your lansdowne78 account access to or ownership of that site, is the WordPress.com username account that currently owns it, megsut

  If that is also your account and you’ve lost access to it, you can follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ to regain access.

  If that is not your account, please contact the person who owns that account, and ask them to contact our support team for help transferring ownership of the site to you.
