  Hi there, this site is not hosted here with us currently, though it looks like it was at some point.

  Can you try reaching out to your current host to see if they can spot the issue / restore a backup? Then, going forward, you can use the forums for self-hosted sites if you need more WordPress help:

  You also have a Domain Mapping upgrade here that recently renewed, but doesn’t not seem to be in use since the site is hosted elsewhere. Would you like us to go ahead and refund that?

  Thanks for your response.

  I am dismayed! As far as I am aware I am still hosted with you. I do not recall any attempt to move it elsewhere. Are you able to let me know where you think it is currently hosted?

  There is still a domain mapping upgrade for that domain on our system (under a different account than the one you’re using to post here), but the domain itself is not pointed at our servers any more.

  Based on the IP address, that domain is currently hosted with Amazon’s web hosting service.
