  mikemurphyinsurance.ie is a WordPress.org site hosted by Linode (rather than WordPress.com):

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  We can only help with WordPress.com sites here so I recommend posting to the WordPress.org support forums for advice:

  You could also try deactivating the plugin via FTP access if this is included in your hosting packaging.
