www. my domain does not work

  I recently mapped my wordpress website to a namesco domain I had but it looks as though when I type www. my domain, it does not work. Is there something I have missed or need to do?

  All www URLs on mapped domains like http://www.eazanamelyn.com/redirect seamlessly to the same content under the URL without the redundant “www”. The software will continue to strip out the redunant and unnecessary www.

  Be aware that www is an old protocol from way back when the web was new and everything was under separate server hardware. www (www.example.com) was the web server, mail (mail.example.com) was the mail server, ftp (ftp.example.com) was the FTP server, print (print.example.com) was the print server, etc.

  These days, everything is run under the web server, making www. redundant and a waste of four characters.

  I see an error above due to a missing space.

  Hi, thanks for your prompt response. I think I get you now but the unfortunate thing is I tried to remove the www from the DNS area on the blog but it doesn’t allow me. Are you able to effect these changes to my DNS’s for me? Thanks

  You seem to have a number of custom DNS changes made for that domain name. Can you tell me what it is that you are trying to do with those A/CNAME records?
