Hi, I have payed for a 1 year subscription – I think for the about domain http://www.nocitech.com -I cannot see to which email the invoice has been sent – please help or resend invoice which is needed. I can see the money was subtracted from my account 28 September 2020 and the amount was 96 Dollars US. Thanks for helping. Hi Marianne,
That domain was bought under a different WordPress.com account, and we can only resend the receipt to the email address associated with that account, which is not the email address you gave above.
Log out of the
marianneandersen2017account, and log back in as the account as which you bought that domain, and you’ll be able to view and resend the receipts from the billing history page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.

Thanks – the email was probably (email visible only to moderators and staff) which has not been in use for a year or so…. it has been substituted by (email visible only to moderators and staff) – can you send to this one?

We can only send the receipt to the email address currently associated with the account that owns the upgrades.
If that email address is not correct, log into the account and update the email address. Then you can resent the receipt to the new email address from the billing history page.
If you aren’t able to log into the correct account, please follow our account recovery process I linked to above – we can only update the email address on the account at your request once you’ve verified that you own the account in question, and our account recovery form is the only way to do that verification.

You ask me to send things I do not have – the only thing I have is the proof that you have subtracted 96$ from my account 28th of September: I have had 2 employees that do not work for me any longer emilkennethandersen is one of them – I have had at least 5 different accounts and I just need help to stop the yearly subscription. I do not use the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) any longer and did not do so for a year or so. Please help me. It must be possible for you to find out based on the information given below as to the date the money was taken etc – I just do not have any of the 3 things you ask me for when I try to fill out the “lost password” form.

I can show you I owe the bank account where you have subtracted 96$. Will this help. Please help me to get this sorted out so I do not have to pay for one more year to WordPress which I do not use ( I still use it elsewhere but not at this account)

The number you posted is the transaction ID.
You can use it to recover access to the correct account following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
