  When I type in cactusandpalmier.com, it goes to the correct website. However, if I put “www.” before cactusandpalmier.com, it doesn’t route to my website, it shows a message that says, “safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found”. How can I fix this?

  Hi there,

  http://cactusandpalmier.com uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
