  What do you mean return? To Hostgator?

  You transferred the domain, taxfilingoffice.com, to us in July. To transfer a domain you need to unlock it at your current domain provider, and obtain a transfer code, and on our end you need to buy a paid WordPress.com plan, add a domain transfer upgrade, and enter that code to get the process started.

  This is a multi-step process, you would have received several emails from us and Hostgator, and only someone with access to your Hostgator account, your WordPress.com account, your email account, AND your credit card could have done this, so it’s impossible that this could have happened without your knowledge.

  If you wish to transfer the domain back to Hostgator you can follow our domain transfer steps at the link below, but the cost of the domain transfer and the domain renewal it triggered cannot be refunded.
