    Sorry to learn that things are proving difficult at this moment.

    Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on Bluehost. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

    For help, I would contact them first and inquire about how these payment notifications are delivered. I’d also ask them to provide you with a back up of the site. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
