I double checked on whoishostingthis.com and according to https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=www.thetruechristianfaith.com your site is not hosted on WordPress.com (Automattic) but on NameCheap. Unfortunately that means staff are unable to help in this case.
If you use the open-source WordPress software (WordPress.org), you’ll need to go to their forum to get help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
