www.Tillyphotography.co.uk Down – My website now will not open or allow a login

    Hello,

    I just received an email from a client today, saying my website will not open when they wanted to view my work.
    I visited my website and my website doesnt open and now have issues getting into my website as I havent made any changes for a while. Please help me resolve this.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with NameCheap.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
