We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact namechap support as they are the registrar of that domain or your hosting as it seems your hosting expired in may.

Hello, the site was and should be still running on the wordpress platform since over a year. My domain has registration for the next 5 years and is not expired. The one that expired in May is not the website nor domain I´m having problems with.

Again you must contact your registrar NameCheap as your domain seems to be down for some reason or another. WordPress;com has nothing to with domain problems.

Hello, we now know there has been fraudulent behavior on our wordpress account. An Ex-employee (Rufus White) has committed activity that prevents me from logging into my account. I have redirected nameservers and it worked for a moment but now I still cannot get into my wordpress account after this transaction. Can I get support on getting my account back up and running correctly please?
