Hi there,
I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore cyclethinking.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.
I will let you know once I hear back from the registrar.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

The domain has been reactivated under your account! I have sent the manual payment for the upgrade your way.

Darnell, I paid and the site is ok!
Now I would like to transfer it to an italian provider (Aruba.it), to manage it with other web activities, so I paid Aruba to transfer it, but they still can move it? can you please help me?
I move it just for business reason , it was great WordPress service!
Thank

Right now the domain is locked so it cannot be transferred. I’ve put in a request to have the transfer lock lifted, and I will let you know an update as soon as I have one.

Hi there,
Sorry that we missed your reply, but It seems you were able to transfer the domain after all as it’s no longer in our system.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
