  issue: unable to login due to a secondary authentication plugin to send verification to mobilephone. phone number has since changed and i do not have the SIM. It just keeps going in a cycle wheere i try to login but it asks for verification code which is not received at my end… It lets me reset the password but then sends the verification code to mobile …

  Goal: To be able to login to the backend and remove that phone verification plugin or update it to new number.

  Please disable plugin or permit access to backend.

  issue:
  I have a new mobile. I have installed the google authenticator. The mobile numbers have not changed. But, unable to get codes in the new mobile.
  Please help and guide me.
