It looks like the domain paulsprecisionpainting.com is in the redemption period. If it is possible for Staff to recover the domain, the registrar imposes an extra $80 fee to do so and you will need to agree to pay this fee. I’ve tagged this for Staff attention.

I can confirm that that domain is currently in redemption with the registrar. I should still be able to get it back, but our registrar charges an $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. You’ll need to agree to and pay this fee before I can attempt a recovery.
Additionally, I can only restore the domain if it’s requested by the original owner, baltau29, as the payment link can only be sent to the email connected to that account and the domain can also only be restored to that account. As you are posting here with a different username I cannot recover the domain at your request.
Please post here as the correct username and I can get the process started for you.
I’ve also refunded the mapping upgrade you tried buying last week but which has since been cancelled.
