  SmallBiz WordPress Theme, Expand2Web is $97 one time fee.vs WordPress.com Premium is $99/yr ?

  I don’t know and I honestly don’t care because I would never move my sites there. However, you can go here to get the relevant WordPress.com premium upgrade bundle information for comparison purposes.

  That is just a theme – no hosting – hosting is extra – you need to find your own host and install the theme there – they do build in e-commerce and other sell a lot of junk – things you can’t do here
