Hi Jetpack team,
We had out site http://www.socanmagazine.ca done by external vendor that asked us to connect WP Jetpack plug-in to WordPress.com. However, I do not see under WordPress.com socanmagazine account any mention of how our site is connected to Jetpack. How can I find out?
Much appreciated,

Are you referring to adding a self-hosted wordpress.ORG software install to your wordpress.COM account under My Sites or accessing one that has already been added there?
If you are we can’t help with that here. We can only direct you to where to get support.
re: Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, and if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
