Hi all, please help me. My domain http://www.xplore4life.com was taken from WordPress.com, on 2nd June it expired but I can’t see any update option on store>upgrades.
This is really urgent, please help me to get my domain live again.

Hi there!
You need to login to the user account that purchased this domain in order to renew it as it was not purchased under “dreamother”.
Once you login to the correct account, you can renew the domain by going to Store -> My Upgrades and clicking the “renew now” button.

I did not find any email to dreammotheratgmail.com, this emails i used for http://www.dreammother.wordpress.com.
http://www.dreammother.wordpress.com is under dreammotheratgmail.com. I can’t login using dreammother as it is showing suspended account but can use the email to login.
Could you please mention the first or last 3digit of the email so I can guess it.

Two times I updated my domain http://www.xplore4life.com under this account I don’t know why your system deleted my domain from my account. I suspect there is something wrong or your company want to take the domain name.

It seems your system is really harassing me. Is is the way to deal business online.

When I start the blog on march, 2010 the blog was on mother but later I purchased xplore4life domain under this domain for travel blog and that 2011 and 2012 I have upgraded the domain two times under dreammtoher.wordpress.com I am not sure how it went another user name.

If you purchased this domain, we certainly would like to assist you with getting it back as quickly as possible.
However, to protect the security of accounts here, any user who is unable to gain access to their account must be able to prove ownership before we can assist them further.
You should know that the xplore4life.com domain was registered through WordPress.com, however it was not purchased through your (email visible only to moderators and staff) (dreamother) account.
You can check the billing history for your dreamother user account here:

You’ll find that no purchases have been made on your dreamother account which is connected to your (email visible only to moderators and staff) address. If you had made any purchases on that account, you would have received receipts to your (email visible only to moderators and staff) address.
Since the domain was not purchased with the (email visible only to moderators and staff) account, you would need to gain access to the account that did make the purchase.
If you have created another WordPress.com account to make this purchase, but do not remember the login information, the best thing you can do is try all email accounts that you have in the password recovery form here:

If you know the username for the account, you can also try that as well.
