1.제가 wordpress를 통하여 다국어버젼 ( 한국어,영어) 사이트를 완성한후 , gabia를 통하여 호스팅하는것이 유리한가요 ? 아니면 wordpress를 통하여 호스팅하는것이 유리한가요?

1. That’s more of a preference based on what you need. On Gabia you’ll be using the self-hosted WordPress software from https://wordpress.org
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
2. It’s another personal preference type of thing, really.
Domain Connection allows you to keep the domain registered with your current domain registrar and direct it to your WordPress.com site: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
A transfer would allow to manage both your site and domain from the same place: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
