  What is the site you need help with? The site linked to your username is not hosted by WordPressdotcom but appears to be on bluehost.

  If you need help with that site, it can be found over at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.

  Standalone WP and WordPressdotcom are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  I have a site, http://www.japansmallboatlicense.com/, which I believe was written on WordPress.com several years ago with a login of JUKUadmin. I think it was hosted by Bluehost.
  I’m now 79 and befuddled. Any help?

  Hello again, japansmallboatlicense.com is hosted by BlueHost now. :) If you haven’t yet, you might want to take a moment and read the support doc I linked to above which explains the difference between WordPressdotcom (where we are) and standalone WP.

  You can get help at the ORG forums for your self-hosted site, also hopefully with BlueHost customer service. We won’t be able to help you here.
