/x directory showing blog?

  I’m not so wise in the ways of the web, so forgive me if this will be stupidly simple to fix.

  I’ve got wordpress installed to the /blog directory on my server. The front page works, and the /blog directory brings you to… the blog. Ok, everything is good so far.

  However.

  For some reason, no matter what imaginary directory you type after the domain name, it shows you the blog. What I mean is that you can literally type domainname.com/whatever, domainname.com/poopoohead, domainname.com/thisisntworkingright and it shows you the blog.

  I want it so that only the /blog link works, and not whatever you type.

  How do I go about doing this?
