X (formerly Twitter) logo in Social Icons Block

    Hi, the WordPress 6.3.1 Social Icons Block does not have the new X logo, only the Twitter logo. Wrongheaded and stupid as the Twitter rebranding might be, we now have a sitewide inconsistency as Nick Diego’s Social Sharing plugin block DOES have the X logo updated, but our menu at the top with the social icons does not. Can we please have the X logo added to the 6.3.1. Social Icons Block? Please?

    It’s okay, I’ve figured it out! The X logo is available in the social media block for wordpress.com. Thank you.

    Moving from self hosted WordPress site from .org to WordPress.com just for an icon seems a bit convoluted. Really the only difference between them is that on .com features are locked behind a paywall…. Just use the Jetpack plugin to get icon packs from the .com features instead……
