    Hi there,

    I see that you have connected the domain x-gen.com to your WordPress.com site and it is set as the primary address. Can you tell us a bit more about what is missing? I do see that you had the WordPress.com Business plan on your account recently, but it appears that after your last renewal you cancelled for a full refund. You can confirm the refund here.

    It can be the case that if the Business plan is removed, features of your site that depend on the Business Plan (like any plugins or themes you uploaded) are removed as well. However, if you upgrade to the Business Plan again it may be possible to restore the previous appearance of the site from your backups.
