X/Twitter embeds do not work

1/ trying to embed X(twitter) into a comment fails about 90% of the time, resulting in just a link. What gives?
2/ “happiness” engineers should rebrand as “sadness” engineers – tried on chat 2+ days ago, never a response live or by email as they claim to do

That thread really does not address the random nature of it. Embeds work some of the time, but generally not. Usually things work or don’t work. But thanks for the link
