  I am trying to upload my Xanga blog. It keeps telling me that it is not an xml format but the file says .xml
  I am using Internet Explorer 10 so I know that my web browser is current

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you’re using an older version of IE. Please try updating your browser or try a different browser like Chrome or Firefox, and the importer tool should work for you.

  Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.
