  Hi, I was trying to import my xanga entries to the WordPress, but I failed to do so, even a successful e-mail was sent to my e-mail. No entry has been imported. And for now, the word “processing” has been shown for few days, and still. So, can you help me fix it? Thank you!

  I have manually reset your import for you. Please try it again.

  For instructions on how to do a Xanga import, please see:

  Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.

  Thanks for your help! From both of you!
  But The same things happened. Since the user name of my xanga account is the same as the one I was using for WordPress, so I guess the error is caused by this. Then I tried to change my user name to a new one for WordPree, but still. At last, I signed up a new account, and I succeed in importing my old entries.

  That shouldn’t have happened to you – in other words, there shouldn’t be any correlation between the username and your import. However, I’m glad you got it sorted out.
