Xanga import issues

  Just trying to import my archived blog posts from an old Xanga account but got an email saying, “We are sorry, but there was an error while performing your blog import..”

  Can you help??

  Hi there,
  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. I tagged this thread for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  For instructions on how to do a Xanga import, please see: http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-xanga/

  Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.

  Thank you! I did read instructions, “unzip” the files, etc. So hopefully it just got stuck and will work the second time around. :)

  Hello! I’ve just cleared that import for you. You may need to reimport the file though. :)
