Xanga import problem

Hi,
My import from Xanga apparently seems to be hung up, and it won’t let me start a new one. Is there anyway that you can reset this again?

Also note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually. -
I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.
Please let me know if you continue to run into trouble with your import.

Thanks so much, Jackie, but it appears that it is hung up again. I’m not sure why that keeps happening. Can you reset it again? Sorry to bother you.

I have just reset your import again.
Have you been able to successfully import any of your files? If so, how many do you have left?
If you wish you can upload your export .zip folder or the remaining .xml files to dropbox or a similar file sharing service and send me a link, and I can try to process the import for you.

Yes, I have been able to import the files. It’s odd though because even though it imports the files successfully, the importer gets hung up every time and continues saying “Import Xanga processing” even long after the import is complete. Since it’s stuck in that place, it never allows me to import the next set of files without getting some nice person like you to reset it for me.
Speaking of which, I just have one more set of files to import, and then I should be done. Would you mind resetting it one last time?
