Xanga import 'stuck'

Hi, I’m importing some Xanga archives. The first one imported successfully, but the 2nd one seems to have ‘stuck’. I’m just getting the message ‘we’ll email you when it’s finished’ or something like that. It’s been saying that since Friday (it’s now Monday).Can you help? Thanks a lot.

Sorry for the trouble with your import! I just reset the Xanga importer on your blog, so you can go ahead and try that import again. We also have a guide for importing from Xanga here: Import from Xanga

Hi there,
Has it been more than 24 hours since you started the import? There’s an import that’s currently running, but it hasn’t gotten stuck — it’s just still going. It can sometimes take a day for the import process to finish, so if it’s been longer than that please let me know.
