  Hi there,
  I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually before your import will show up on WordPress.com.

  The problem is that the initial attempt failed and now I cant even try again as the import from Xanga just gives me a processing screen.

  I have manually reset your Xanga import. You should now be able to continue with the import.

  For additional instructions on how to do a Xanga import, please see:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-xanga/

  Note that you must import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.
