Xanga Imports.

  I imported an xanga posts and recieved a confirmation email that the import was successful, but I can’t find the posts anywhere on my wordpress. Are they gone or what am I supposed to do to find those files?

  Hi there,

  When you import from Xanga, uploading the entire .zip folder you get from Xanga won’t import your posts. Instead, you’ll need to extract the files from that .zip folder (so you’re left with individual .xml files) and upload each of those in your site’s importer.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

  I know, I imported some .xml files and those are the ones I can’t find on here =/

  Did you import all of the .xml files from your Xanga export file? If you only import some of them, the import may not work correctly.
