  my .xml files from Xanga wont upload, it says not an xml file

  You must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.

  Please try another browser, or try using the general “WordPress” importer rather than the Xanga-specific one, and see if one of those options works for you. If not, please let me know.
