  Hello there
  On 13/2 I tried to import the XML file from another platform (blog.fr).
  It’s been more than 24 hours and neither my posts are shown, nor did I receive an email.

  Where is the export file from please?
  Is the site still online?
  How large is the XML file?

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck.
  If the file is large you may have to import in sections or Staff may have to do the import.

  Thanks for your immediate reply.

  The export file is from blog.fr which is closed down. I asked them if they could send that file in order to upload it on another platform and they said

  Please find in attached the xml-file for your blog. This can be uploaded into a new blog on WordPress.

  .

  The size of the file is about 800KB.

  Now that i took a second look, I found a post which is not published and it is saved as draft. It’s the only post from my old blog…

  I’ve gone ahead to delete the stuck import job. Please try running the import again:
