xml activation/wptogo on android

I apologize if this has been asked…search returned nothing. I recently purchased an android phone and downloaded wptogo sox i could update my blog…but it requires me to enable xml. Is there a way to do this? I cant find it in any of the settings on the blog.

XML-RPC is automatically enabled for WordPress.com blogs. The URL is http://kellybwell.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php if you need it.
