xml exports erroring out on WordPress.org

  Hi All,
  I am trying to import an XML file to wordpress.org that was generated on WordPress.com.

  The error I am receiving is that the host site (WordPress.com) is not allowing the xml file to pull the data from my old site to my new one. I have read help articles on this and it suggests I disable plugins, which I do not have because they are not included in my subscription. Has anyone else run into this issue? My site is set to public.
