  I can not export XML file from wordpress.com to move to bluehost server… my settings are public.

  Could you tell me if you are getting an error message upon exporting your site? Are you attempting a download of all your content, or just a specified portion?

  I downloaded the XLM file (3.5MB), but I can’t import it to my localhost correctly so I can upload to bluehost.
  I’m trying to copy all my site files and stats over to bluehost so I can be wordpress.org. Been trying for a week, but I don’t know how to import the XLM file correctly.
  No error message, just importing categories only.
  I’m using ALL IMPORT plugin.
  I get stuck on step 2. I don’t know how to collect all the info to import.
