Hi,
If you publish some posts with featured images set on them, then your site will begin to resemble the Cubic demo. See the Cubic theme guide for instructions on setting up a site to look like the demo.
It’s not possible to import a theme file to a WordPress.com site.

I tried it, its not working out. I have published several pages with featured images, nothing is being shown. It is possible to import theme, if I can get the .xml file for the theme.

Your site already has the Cubic theme. You just need to follow the theme instructions linked to by @musicdoc1.
PS: If nothing is showing on your new site have you responded to the initial email to authorize/activate your site?

See the Post vs. Page support page. If the front page is set to display your latest posts, then a static page will not display there. If you’d like to have the front page display a static page instead of the latest posts, then see the Set a Static “Home” Page (Front Page) support page for information and instructions.
There are themes that have an optional grid page template for pages that may display a grid of pages on a single page, but Cubic doesn’t have such a feature. The images you see on the Cubic demo front page represent the featured images of posts only, not pages, though you could assign the Link format to any post in order to have it linked to a page (or elsewhere), as pointed out by @dcoleonline in the topic Home Page Customization Cubic Theme.
You may provide links to your published pages in a custom menu, or in various widgets, such as the pages widget.

Thanks for all the support. It all worked. How to change the images sizes in the theme? Usually the way cubic theme is set, it requires one to scroll down because of the large sizes of cubes. I want to resize the image sizes so that all the 2 rows and 3 columns fit in one page, without the need to scroll.

What is the address (URL) of the site you are referring to? I thought that you had been referring to the site https://amitpathakofficial.wordpress.com/, but that site still has no published posts, a default “About” page, no evident images…

With the Cubic theme applied, the number of posts displayed in a row of the blog page or an archives page will depend upon the size of the screen of the device used to the view them.
On my PC, the front page of the Cubic demo displays three columns of three posts each. On a smaller screen it displays a single column of the same nine posts. Zooming in or out, I find, does not change these numbers. However, clicking the arrow at the bottom of the blog page (or an archives page, if applicable) will add posts published earlier.

Hi amitpathakofficial,
I want to resize the image sizes so that all the 2 rows and 3 columns fit in one page, without the need to scroll.
You would need to upgrade and use Custom CSS to change the sizes.
However, we have a similar theme that has smaller images by default:
https://wordpress.com/theme/pictoricoMaybe give that theme a try instead.
