xml file from xanga not recognized

  I tried to import an xml file from xanga, but it didn’t recognize that it was xml format.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,
  Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually before your import will show up on WordPress.com.

  I see a couple of successful imports. Please note that you need to import all of your .xml files using the Xanga importer before your import will be completed.

  No, it still isn’t working. I’m using safari on a mac. I upload things and I get an errorsaying that it isn’t an xml file. It is an xml file that I got directly from xanga. I have eleven of them. Not a single one is recognized as what it is. I’m immensely frustrated. I do not see any successful imports or signs of them. Nothing is showing up.

  Please try a different browser (such as Firefox or Chrome) to see if that helps. Also, if you’re using the Xanga-specific importer, see if the general WordPress one works. In the past, one of these two solutions has worked for everyone I’ve run into with issues involving the importer.
