xml file over 2MB

  Hi! I’m trying to import my blogger files into my new wordpress blog, but it’s over 2MB. Can you help me?

  Welcome to WordPress.com =)

  As long as the import file is below 15 MB it should work fine. But I’ve tagged this thread for staff attention (notice the modlook tag in the sidebar?), so you should get a staff member to help you with this soon.

  There is no WordPress.com site in the account you’re using to post here. What is the address of the site where you’re trying to import the file?

  That site is hosted with GoDaddy, not with us. We have no control over the importer on that site.

  Please make sure the file you exported from Blogger is the Content Backup file and not the Template Export file. That’s the most common reason why Blogger imports fail.

  If that’s not the problem, you’ll need to ask in the self-hosted forums for help.
