  I want to know if XML-RPC interface supports approval of comments (moderated comment) ?

  The only interface that I am aware of that supports approving comments is the WordPress app. You can find more info here about it: https://apps.wordpress.com/

  Ok, thanks for your reply. I searched WordPress REST APIs as well. I believe “Update comment” should be able to do that. I will search on that more. Will update here if I find any solution.
