XML sitemap related problem

  I have a site (www.fapturbo-review.info) that when I plug the following URL into IE
  http://www.fapturbo-review.info/sitemap.xml I get a nice display of my sitemap. However, on another (newer and faster) computer running the same OS and same version of IE, I get the following error:

  The XML page cannot be displayed
  Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
  ——————————————————————————–
  Access is denied.

  I went through the IE security settings, compairing the two computers, and they are the same. ANyone have any ideas why one computer displays the sitemap correctly and the other one does not? (Both computers display the website the same.)
