  I INSTALLED IT ON MY SITE, BUT IT CANT BE WORKING ERROR FOUND :=

  Could you try uninstalling Jetpack from your Dashboard -> Plugins page?

  Then, can you reinstall Jetpack and try connecting it to your WordPress.com account with all of the other plugins on your site de-activated? This will help us rule out a plugin conflict.
