xmlrpc.php error

  When I use a offline editing application, I cannot published my article. If I test the page http://phgeiger.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php, I receive an 405 error (progammability error).

  Can you help me to publish articles with offine applications (like Word 2013).

  Solution find : in Word, I added the https (instead http).
