XStore Theme Not Updating

I am using the XStore theme and the theme needs to be updated and won’t allow me to do so. Everything else including WordPress has been updated to it’s latest version but the XStore theme will not. How do I fix this to get it to update?

It looks like this is a premium theme in use, so our support here is limited.
What messages are you seeing when it comes to updating?
You may wish to check if the license for the theme is up to date and valid.

These are the errors i am receiving along with being disallowed to update the xstore theme all together

Max input vars: min (1000-2000) 1000I put strong codes next to my main problems . It seems as though i need to get to settings where it will allow me to increase the (memory limit , Max Excecution time,and Max input Vars

Ok, that is definitely not something we’ll be able to directly help with, as your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.
