Got it. That site isn’t hosted here on our servers, so its setup would be different from what we have.
Also I tried loading it up to see what you’re seeing, but I just get a white screen. Do you want to check in with your host on that? You can reach out here for more help, too: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

I tried to share the screen shot I did but no idea how to add it in the post so you can see what I am seeing. I thought about that changing etc for all this website building accept it’ll take a year before I can even use our business name via website. Went down that road before with blue host they say we have to wait a year for our name to be given back. No thank you. I can’t keep throwing money out the door with a brand new start up business. How do I show you what I see on my end??
