  Hey there,
  You can invite others to assist with your website/blog. Go to Dashboard>Users> Invite New. Enter the WordPress.com username or email address and select the role (Contributor, Editor or Author) and send the invitation.

  Please note:

  Warning: Please be very careful when adding a new Administrator user to your blog. Other Administrators are effectively co-owners. They have as much power over your blog as you do, including the ability to permanently delete it.
