Yearly Billing

Hello,
I would like to upgrade my plan and was hoping I could pay the $8.25 monthly, but as I was filling in the credit card info, I realized that I had to pay the yearly total in full up front. I just wanted to comment and say that I think users should have the option to pay monthly. You know…for us cheaper folk, that understand it’s the same overall cost, but feel a monthly bill is a better deal than dropping $100 up front lol.

HI @yakcruisin – Unfortunately, at this time, the only payment method is to pay in full for the yearly price of your upgrade with an accepted Payment Method.
There is a generous refund policy on WordPress.com, and they truly want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you decide that you are not in love with your purchase, you may request a refund. Plan upgrades (Premium and Business) give you 30 days to use the upgrade and you may request a full refund up to 30 days after purchase.
It will take 7+ days for a refund to be posted back into your account once requested, so keep that in mind. More information on refunds at WordPress.com is available to you here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
