  Hi,

  I want to sign up for the business account but we may not use it for a full 12 months. Do I get a refund the months that I do not use?

  Hi there, All upgrade plans on WordPressdotcom are annual and paid up front at checkout. There is a 30-day refund window on everything but new domain registrations, but there are no pro-rated refunds. You can learn more about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  I am just going to echo what justjennifer has already shared. Our plans are refundable for 30 days after purchase. After that time we aren’t able to process a refund. At the time of purchase you’ll be billed for the annual price, we do not offer monthly billing.

  Can you tell me more about your idea for the site? Let’s see if the Business Plan is necessary or if you can get by with a more economical option as you get started.
