Hi there, if you don’t remember the login information needed for your other user name account, please first log out of this account at https://wordpress.com/me (click on the Log Out button on the left side) and then visit the Log In page at https://wordpress.com/log-in
If you have access to the email address associated with that other account, you can either reset the password by clicking on the Lost Password link there or send yourself an email with a one-time log-in link by clicking on the “Email me a login link”.
If you don’t remember the email address for that account and you had email notifications of new comments or feedback on your site, you could try leaving a comment or filling out a contact form on that site and then checking all your active email accounts to see where the email notification goes.
Barring that, you’ll need to recover your account following the support guide at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ Since you had a paid upgrade, you’ll be able to provide the information needed to recover the other account.

Hello.
I don’t know what you mean by “other accounts.” I have one account that needs to renew in 2 days and cannot access the “renew” page.
PLEASE charge my credit card the $18 so I don’t have to go crazy over this! My time is running out and I don’t want my account to expire!!!

I have written EVERY DAY for several days and although people have written back, I STILL cannot access the “RENEW MY ACCOUNT” page!
As I’ve said several times, MY ACCOUNT IS DUE TO EXPIRE so I need your HELP~!WHY CAN’T YOU SIMPLY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD YOU HAVE?

You are posting here as the username,
bowwowbasics88. This username has never bought anything from us, and doesn’t own any upgrades for any sites on WordPress.com.You are an admin on a site, coldnosesdogtrainingdotcom.wordpress.com, but that site belongs to a different account,
bowwowbasics. That account does own a domain with us that is due for renewal. The domain on that account did not renew automatically because auto-renew is switched off, and additionally the credit card we have on file for that account expired last year, so we can’t charge that card even if auto-renew was enabled.To renew that domain, log out of the
bowwowbasics88account and log back in asbowwowbasics. Then you’ll be able to renew the domain and re-enable auto-renew with a new card from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases -
As already several times said: that renewal isn’t connected to the account bowwowbasics88 you are currently logged in to. As a Staff member already said a year ago, https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/where-do-i-go-on-your-site-to-renew-my-subscription/, that renewal is connected to another account of yours @coldnosesdogtraining.
